Professional Services Rebrand
A law firm relied on a premium theme that looked dated, loaded slowly on mobile, and forced awkward workarounds for practice-area pages. Attorneys could not confidently update content without breaking layouts, and paid traffic underperformed because key pages were sluggish.
We audited templates, content types, and conversion paths, then defined a compact design system around practice pages, attorney profiles, and intake CTAs. The priority was credibility, speed, and editor independence.
We built a custom Gutenberg theme with reusable section patterns, structured fields for attorney data, and streamlined practice-area templates. Marketing received an editor guide and pre-built patterns for campaigns.
WordPress, custom block theme patterns, ACF, performance-optimized SCSS/JS, Yoast-compatible metadata structure, and caching-ready templates.
Page load times improved significantly on mobile, practice pages became easier to publish, and the firm launched new service pages without developer bottlenecks.
For professional services, editor confidence is as important as visual design. A smaller set of excellent templates beats a theme with dozens of rarely used demos.
